Golf Cart Raffle

This year a golf cart is being raffled off to raise funds for the dairy festival.  It has been painted Ovid-Elsie Colors and will be a great prize for whoever wins.  Tickets are $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00.

Tickets are available at the Elsie Village office, Citizens Bank, Donavan's Diner, or Smitty's Party   Store.
